This particular spot is very much a disaster. I saw plastic bottles and bags littering the country and it's a terrible shame. I know a solution and it seems simple to me, but whenever I mention it my brilliance somehow fades. I guess its not so simple. There should be a deposit on every plastic bottle that will be paid back when they are turned in. There will be people gladly making  a career of taking care of the problem without even being asked. I'm not sure what is to be done about cast off suitcases, but that trouble is not quite as severe.
