The enormous blonde plastered on this grand corner building caught my attention. How could she not? She's looking directly at me and only me. I'm sure of that. The dichotomy that the ad poses is in French, which makes it all the more alluring—Ange ou Démon, Angel or Demon. Which one? As most things in life, a bit of both I'm afraid. She looks somewhat familiar..... she's one of my favorite actresses Uma Thurman who first bedazzled my eyes in the crazy film The Adventures of Baron Munchausen. I can brag that I met her daughter several years ago—but that's another story. Getting back to the building—what about the poor folks who's flats or offices are behind the billboard that condemns them to a state of perpetual darkness?
