Standing on the steps was this very strange statue of a dog from a nightmare with teats floating in front a guy who looks perplexed because he lost his clothes. I recognized the idea behind the dog as the Capitoline Wolf—Bucharest already has one of those. This one is Trajan and the She-wolf. I had heard of this when it was unveiled in 2012.
